Delete your account
You can delete your Biz-Comply account at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Business owners: open More. Sales agents: open Settings.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm with your password or PIN.
Without the app
Email privacy@bizcomply.ug from any address with the subject Delete my account and the mobile number you sign in with. To protect you, we confirm by SMS to that number before deleting.
What happens

If you are a business owner, deleting your account does not remove your sales agents' accounts. Remove them first under Team if you are closing the business.
